We enjoyed our stay, but......TLP mysteriously charger my credit card an additional $250 over 2 months after we stayed at the home. When I called and emailed to ask what the charges were for, I got no response until another 2 weeks went by. Then the letter came, they claimed that their cleaning crew spent over 2 hrs cleaning "Dog Hair" out of bedding and furniture......a very curious claim considering that there was no dog present.
The charge came with no notice, no explanation and was well over 2 months after the stay.
Unbelievable that they wouldn't have contacted us days after we left to discuss the problem. Very unscrupulous business practice and exceedingly unprofessional to charge my card (2 separate transactions) months after the stay
Would NOT recommend doing business with.

We took a family trip in December, 2007 and used Tahoe Luxury Properties for the first time. We had a great trip and our vacation rental house was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the reservation process and our questions about the area. We will certainly use them again.
